What is Loomwell?
Loomwell’s current pilot prepares authorized ecommerce agent traces for training and evaluation. This FAQ covers its legacy API knowledge service, whose records include claims, supporting quotations, source links, verification dates, and versions.
How do I get access?
Start a self-service trial in the customer console. Current terms are available at /v1/trials. No card or email is required. Save your API key immediately; anonymous trial keys cannot be recovered. Check the coverage catalog before subscribing.
How do I connect my coding agent?
Open the customer console and expand Account settings and tools, then Connect your coding agent. It includes Codex and Claude Code configuration examples. The MCP server runs from a local Loomwell checkout with uv; set your trial or paid API key in your client environment.
Can I use Loomwell without MCP?
Yes. Use the customer console in your browser or call the REST API directly. The API reference describes the available endpoints. MCP and REST requests use the same account allowance.
