FOR FINANCE AGENT COMPANIES

Bring the hard cases.
Share in their value.

Explore licensing experience your finance-agent product already retains, where your company has the necessary rights.

We are seeking initial partners among companies building finance-agent platforms. Your existing traces, tool calls, corrections and outcomes could become useful datasets or environments for AI labs and developers. Authorized in-house teams and independent builders can also discuss a fit.

Pilot partner conversations are open. Source-derived licensing is in development; no supplier earnings are established or guaranteed.

01 / A USEFUL STARTING POINT

One product.
One useful workflow.

An accounting platform may serve hundreds of businesses through one agent product. A scoped integration could yield recurring examples; customer rights still need separate review. Start with a business summary, before any source access. We match a bounded sample to one buyer requirement; buyer feedback guides the cases requested next.

THE ATTEMPT

What is already recorded?

Identify one workflow and where its requests, tool calls, relevant state and final outcomes are stored. Existing production records are the starting point; no new recording sessions are required for this discussion.

THE CORRECTION

What makes it useful?

Look for failures a reviewer corrected, uncommon exceptions or successful multi-step work. Establish which evidence supports the correction and outcome, and what a buyer cannot easily collect itself.

THE SCOPE

What can be used?

Identify who can authorize inspection and derivative use. We agree exclusions, retention and client restrictions before accessing records.

02 / THE COMMERCIAL PATH

From agreed terms
to your share.

The proposed model is a negotiated licensing revenue share, with no per-case bounty. A separate agreement would define attribution, revenue basis, share, timing, fees and refund or dispute treatment; a pilot may produce no revenue.

  1. 01

    Set the terms.

Agree source permissions, accepted contribution scope and economics before access.

  2. 02

    Approve the release.

Review the dataset or environment package, approved buyer and intended use before release.

  3. 03

    Attribute each license.

A buyer’s licensing payment determines your allocation under the agreement, including repeat licenses covered by the agreement.

  4. 04

    Receive your payment.

Complete payment onboarding. Allocation, provider transfer and received payout remain separate, with agreed adjustments.

The first goal is one buyer-accepted package, followed by a documented sourcing decision based on that buyer’s feedback. Source connections and source-derived licensing are in development. Applying or passing review creates no payment entitlement; earnings are not established yet.
